May the first my baby turned 16. It just isn't right. I could write a lot but I won't, this wordsmith is lost for words a bit. So look past the morning sleepy looks and enjoy a peek in at my sweet 16's morning and see a little that she got.....

I wrote my "child" a note on the back of her first oil change receipt and then she peered out the window and what may appear......

She need not to want to drive someone else's pick up truck....4x4 Baby!!! Dual exhaust, 350, Mud Dawg tires.....oh yeah!!!

It's all worth it when you get one of these..............

Wow, cool present. I bet she will have fun with that. Mudding rules!

Wow, 16 already. Nice Birthday present, safely enjoy. Thinking of you. Happy Birthday, Sweety. Aunt Cyndi loves you.

What a delightful, heart-warming post. I like how you "delivered" the surprise, in a note on the receipt. Total class, Dude.
Her face says it all.
I see you clutching that coffee mug for moral support ;-) It's hard to watch them grow up, isn't it??? Don't worry, I see plenty of Daddy and Daughter Sunday afternoon "mudding" if that's what it's called...
Happy Sweet Sixteen, Little Lady :-)

Oh no. There's no way. Alex is NOT 16. Some of my favorite memories of keeping kid's church at Fire Escape are of her. She was so awesome. Her prayer requests were always down to the last detail... they usually lasted a full five minutes. She has always been a very special young lady. I know you're proud. The look on your face in those pictures absolutely breaks my heart!

wow, very awesome surprise for your daughter. i'm not letting my kids grow up, i'll just lock em' up i reckon.

WOW!! COOL CAR!!!

I'm SO jealous! That's the one I want. Not kidding either... :)

I can't belive I haven't been to your blog in this long. I'm such a bad friend. :(
